BrandLens currently uses Perplexity to generate AI-powered responses. Search prompts submitted through BrandLens are sent to this provider for processing.

Avoid including passwords, financial credentials, sensitive personal information, or confidential business information in search prompts.

BrandLens uses third-party services to operate the platform, including Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure, Perplexity for AI processing, and Lemon Squeezy for subscription payments.

These providers may process information according to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Subscription payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. BrandLens receives information needed to manage subscriptions, such as payment status, subscription identifiers, and billing events.

BrandLens does not directly collect or store complete payment card numbers through its application.

BrandLens uses cookies and similar browser technologies for authentication, session management, and limiting free visibility checks.

If optional analytics technologies are introduced, this policy will be updated to describe their use.

We retain account information, submitted checks, reports, and subscription records as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
